Strong revenue growth for BlueGen

Australian developer of the BlueGen gas to electricity unit, Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd, has reported revenue for the FY12 of $6.5 million, an increase of approximately 75% on FY11.
Ceramic Fuel Cells haveĀ  taken orders for 639 products (375 BlueGens plus 264 integrated mCHP units). The orders show an increase of 108% from the 2001 financial year.
The BlueGen units which take natural gas and convert it into electricity and heating, providing an electrical efficiency of up to 60 percent, are installed at customer sites, across nine countries.
The company which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange have told shareholders that the sales outlook for the 2013 financial year is looking particularly strong in Germany.
